Our Design Evaluation will begin with an evaluation brief. The evaluation brief is a short document composed by a Bruce Clay, Australia - Pty. Ltd. Analyst that covers the best practises of one or two different topics. The brief will target what we consider to be problem areas for your site and will pose ways for you to address them. We recommend evaluation briefs be done at the three critical stages of your SEO campaign — design, development and launch. We believe constant monitoring is the key to success.

Search Engine Ranking Monitoring

Next, we will use our patented SEOToolSet™ to help you monitor the ranking of your domain and specified pages for the keywords selected. As part of the monitoring phase of your evaluation, you will be privy to a proprietary Domain Ranking Report — a baseline report that ranks your site at the beginning of the project, before the Action Items have been implemented. This will help both parties measure the ranking progress over time.

SEO Training Services

Because we want you to be fully involved in the success of your site, your SEO Design Evaluation comes with a free pass to our 3 day SEO training course. This course will teach you how to use the SEOToolSet™. The course will explain, in detail, the fundamental SEO concepts and principles, as well as bring you up-to-date on the latest industry trends.

Project Communication

Lastly, as part of our Design Evaluation, you will be invited to partake in scheduled semi-monthly conference calls that will take place at a mutually convenient time. These conference calls will give both parties a chance to discuss the status of the project and brainstorm ideas. Clients may also use this time to discuss any problems or concerns they may have. As part of these conference calls, clients will also be given Monthly Status Reports to summarize the actions, progress and issues of the project.
